A 2250 cert cloak sunde isn't really that hard to find dude to the cloak bubble. Why would we want to make it worst by adding color tint to it? Pretty much you can only park the sunde in a hidden location, which in that case all sunde can do. Just saying the only thing that would make this idea good is if you take out the visable sunde bubble out completely and replace it with the color tint.
Are you talking about the color you see over the Sunderer when it's cloaked? It's like infiltrator cloak; only your faction can see that. The color helps your faction avoid hitting and running into friendly cloaked objects and people.
