[Suggestion] exp tweaks

    So 3 basic ideas (which have likely been sugested before but my search turned up nothing), the first two there is realy no good excuse not to impliment, the last one is would prefer but its vaugly major and might not be for everyone.

    1. Vehicle assists: When a player kills an enemy vehicle he gets kill credit for all the players inside the vehicle as well, however when you get an assist its only for the vehicle itself, you do not get an assist for all those players inside the vehicle when it blew. You should. All those players are dead, you assisted.

    2. platoon xp bonus: When you heal/repair/resuply/etc a squadmate you get more experence than when you do so for joe dokes the ragman, this is good, is promotes working together with your squad. I think this should be extended in a lesser fashion to your platoon as well, and maybe even a lesser still fashion to your outfit. the squad bonus is ~50% IIRC, so then platoon bonus should be 25% and outfit bonus 12.5% to those actions.

    3. bounty: signifigantly reduce the exp for killing a player, howerver add a bounty to each player, which is bonus xp for killing them (and to assits in a similar proportion as the kill exp). As a player aquired exp the bounty is raised by a % of what they earn, when they die its reset to 0. esentialy farming freshly spawned yahoos will become much less effective, but killing someone who has been providing a service to his faction (by slaughtering the enemies, helping allies, or any of the many things that supply you exp) will be worth much more.
