easy fix:
Clear the LaunchPad Cache

Navigate to the directory of the game you are trying to play and open the launchpad.libs folder. Delete thelaunchpad.cache folder and relaunch the LaunchPad again.

I already tried clearing the launchpad cache, didn't work.

Does anyone have a reliable report that the servers are actually up and people are currently in-game?

Error NBE-101 on me aswell and few others in outfit are having same problem.

yes same fault code for me too, on PTS and Live !! Fault NBE-1013

I've got it as well now, must be an issue on their end.
