Entry Point could not be found?

    This error is new. I've only seen it since the most recent update. I am running a 64-bit OS.

    "PlanetSide2_x64.exe - Entry Point Not Found" is the title of the error window.

    "The Procedure entry point K32GetMappedFileNameA could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll" is the description.


    I have:
    • run scans with my prefered software to locate errors.
    • restarted PC
    • verified installation

    I am still looking for answers. If anyone has any ideas, please post.

    I have the same error. Running Widows Vista 64

    Did what OP has done and

    Deleted and re-installed game.

    It did not help.

    I see other posts about this issue. I'm hoping Devs are on the issue and a fix soon. I'm going to focus attention in other areas to pass the time. So, waiting may be the best fix for now.
