Engineer AV mana turret and shield?

    we waited all through beta hoping for the AV/AA engineer turret, but it never appeared, engineer has very little to use atm, the AI turret, or glowy bullet magnet as its lovingly known :) is just about all we have

    Pros:
    1: A 'look at me' beacon for everyone within 250m in line of sight.
    2: Team Killer Pro
    3: Cross-faction Suicide Assistant for those with no will to live

    Cons:
    1: Your head sticks out. In fact, your face is PERFECTLY framed for everyone within 250m to shoot at.
    2: Your *** hangs out. No rear visibilty
    3: You stand out, as a calibrating tool for tanks.
