It occurs to me that each faction probably has slightly different shield technology (not the least of which is where it covers, and the color), so: Energy Projector Features: -Can recharge friendly shields, but only if they weren't depleted.Perhaps drains the user's own shields in the process. -Can drain enemy shields (different shield frequency, perhaps), but does negligible health damage.
