Is there any way we could get these things to be a "one time buy" sort of deal? I thought contract assignment would have been more easygoing than 1k cert investments. What if I just wanted to hop on some place just to join an Outfit? What if when the outfit wasn't holding Ops I would enjoy playing freelance in between? Also, feels a bit unfair to hold NSO folk's merit store hostage under yet another wall especially on a new character where I could gladly spend 1k certs maxing abilities, tools, and gear instead. Am I just seeing this wrong?
