If anyone has conflicting testing, please let me know. These are just my findings; thought they were pretty interesting. The TL;DR version. #1. Laser Sights increase the accuracy of your first few shots, as the cone of fire slowly expands the more shots you take. This won't return to "normal" until you land. #2. Scoping (ADS) will stop the cone of fire from spreading. #3.
