You are Draugar ± We are Draugar Mission Statement If you want to win the war efficiently, you need to use what you have effectively. This is as true for the Republic, as it is for it's individual squads and platoons. It is therefore our mission to ensure that the Republic's population - ALL OF IT - is being used effectively. We aim to accomplish this by recruiting as many as possible regardless of battle rank, with a firm focus on training them and turning them into the soldiers we need. We don't care if they bounce to other outfits thereafter, and our leadership will never let it become Zerg. We respect and appreciate all of our allied crews's top leadership, and look forward to forming solid bonds with them. Academy Training The training we offer will be recognized across multiple outfits. If you reach a rank with us, it will be transferable with some allies. This Academy initiative ensures that multiple outfits across the TR are on the same page. We are at the forefront of progress, proud members of REPUBLINK operations. + Basic Training: [RAUG] Patriot Training consists of a 1.5 - 2hr Training session that will prep you to use all classes, assault all main stations (Tech, Bio, AMP) + Leadership Training: [RAUG] Pointman Training is a strong leadership training course that will help you understand all the ins and outs of Squad and Platoon leading. This is broken down into 3 sections: Global Strategy, Ground Tactics, and Social. + Advanced Infantry Training: [RAUG] Advanced Infantry training; employs group tactics we refer to as SWARM tactics, where which we will frequently all pull the same class and go hard at objectives. It's wild, it's shockingly effective, ... you and your enemy... will have a blast . We also rig up base take-downs from the HEX standpoint. We don't sit on A. We go for full HEX control and will train you how to prep for your enemy's countermeasures. We frequently have game nights where we rig up squad on squad combat of ridiculous drunken shenanigans like Valkyrie on Valkyrie rocket combat in an Arena. No HUD blind races.
