Double login required for forum

As the title sais, for the past few weeks I have ALWAYS had to enter my login data twice, in order to log on to this forum. Enter it twice correctly mind you, typos don't magically appear, when you type the data into word and then copy-paste it.

Why is this happening? Does it have something to do with IE? (yes I use IE)

Just wanted to add I use FireFox and experience the same issue. It's definitely not browser specific.

Some times it is a double login other times it not...? I use Chrome as well...

I'm currently using Palemoon (Firefox based) and get the double login.

Iceweasel (Firefox based), double login required every time too.

The same happens on PS2 Players site.
