    If you're under the impression the Beamer is the worst pistol in the game I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint you. The Inquisitor holds that title now.

    the beamer actually isnt that bad. it has a better dps at closerange than the manticore, provided you can spamclick the beamer that fast and still remain on target. it's no match for the repeater though which is probably the best starter pistol, if not one of the best sidearms ingame

    Yeah, the PS2 Beamer is...functional.

    It's just the most-vanilla-flavored option in a sea of underwhelming choices (for VS non-NS pistols), at the moment.
