Do you find VS hard to see?

I see NC players very easily in all environments. Sometimes I can see VS just as easily, but in certain combinations of light and environment I really struggle to see them. It's only really Esamir during the day where I can guarantee seeing them as well as NC. TR seem to be between NC and VS in terms of visibility.

Yes, you can buy more VS-like camo as an NC/TR player, but then you will get TKed more. And it will still never be as good as VS default camo because of all the NC/TR straps and stuff that are in more visible colours.

This is honestly the only difference between the factions that seems to me like it could make a systematic difference in performance level. But if others find VS just as easy to see as other factions I'm willing to accept that it might just be a quirk of my screen settings or noobishness. Hence my question: do you find VS hard to see?

I should be clear that I'm not QQing about this. There aren't many VS players on my server, so I'm happy for them to have an advantage, if that's what it is. But I do think it's an interesting question. For instance, if NC are more visible than other factions that may go some way to explaining their general poor performance. That is definitely not QQ because I don't even have an NC character!

their colour scheme is dark purple and black, this makes them hellish to spot on ultra at night.
TR are a little bit easier to spot, but still feature a lot of black, NC really got the short straw being stuck with bright blue and yellow XD

Yes, absolutely. Fighting against VS at dark is a nightmare. The dark purple-black colour scheme combined with the round, "organic" shapes makes the really hard to see when there is little light. Amerish and Hossin are the worst.

I find that NC has some advantage in built-up areas and occasionally on Esamir due to their grey-blue colours, but the generally boxy outlines (and the occasional yellow) give them up.

I'd guess TR has an edge on Indar since the reddish landscape.

Yeah - night fighting against VS was harder but not so much now I have migrated to high graphics..........I'm equally useless against all factions now so it is more balanced for me

no you're wright VS has the best camo, this is why i where my black camo
and cause of my play style i don't get killed that often by teammates
but sometimes it will happen, most of the times by low BR players

MLG code states you turn night and shadows off so this shouldnt be an issue

I find them as equally easy to see as I do the other two factions. That said default VS are definitely the easiest to see on Esamir.

Yup. Since I'm on console I've been tweaking my TV settings. Not working out well. So massive amounts of squinting will have to . But when I play my VS alt i take full advantage.

Seriously when i saw your pic laughter omg srls dude ? rip photoshop .and you even added black camo to vs char weapon and then waited for nc char to make animation when he rises his weapon so it appear more shiny , another nc fanboy that have no grasp of balance or logic in this game .

its not edited, the reason it looks brighter is because the NC terminal in the background is blue, i literally just logged through alts and took screenies of the default infils
you can see the black bits on the NC (like the mask) are still black.

Yeah i do. I honestly bought hs/nv for vs specifically. There was once a night battle against vs where i would be killed by the darkness. It was absolute hell trying to spot them. And infiltrators didnt even need to cloak, the could hav walked right past me and i wouldn't see them. Spent 120 certs so that i would have some advantage. Against them...when daylight came, i was extremely happy. (Ps4)

seems either you fail trying photoshop or just messed up something in process there take a look what neutral faction colors actually look without this sunshine nc guy of yours XD

the only difference i see is that your saturation and contrast are set way lower than mine.

and no when i play as tr there actually no difference to me for spot them even if they wearing camo that suppose to mach the environment . But i understand your rant yeah they could invert pastern and make torso dark and limbs bluish and also they could made vs infl helmet not big shiny freaking target marker in dark it shines as flashlight .

print screened on high graphic settings cut edges so 3 could fit and no visual adjustments to actual image . if you want i can increase the saturation like in yours pic, but i will increase to all 3 factions no exceptions for nc.
