Alerts on those continents are the sole reason myself and many others bother going there at all anymore. The flow and quality of battle on Indar is superior to what you find on Esamir and (to a lesser extent) Amerish and ghost capping is by in large a thing of the past. Now that the servers have survived a double XP weekend on Indar without turning into a pile of slag, when can we expect to see the other two continents updated?
I believe it took quite some time to roll out lattice on Indar, between where the actual links stand, and the changes to what were once outposts at major facilities. With the experience they now have with Indar, I would expect the process to be a bit quicker, but still, I would think no less than a month per continent. On the other hand, a number of players are quite unhappy with Lattice at this point and have some valid concerns. SOE may take a conservative approach here and tweak Indar for a bit before putting what has become quite a controversial and divisive system into their other two continents.

That's too bad that they're headed to the other two continents. I've been stationed on Hoth almost exclusively because one can actually flank without a Galaxy there (edit: More of an exaggeration, I know you can flank still, no need to point that out.) No ghost-capping here, only non-funneled-through-chokepoints battle. My outfit has been avoiding Indar since the change because it feels that it's a few sets of massive meatgrinders like the Crown has always been. Oh well, either adapt to the new environments or play something else I suppose. I'm not one of those who will threaten that i'm not going to spend any more if I don't get my way. We'll see in the coming months, I just know me and my mates aren't happy with the Indar battle flow as it is, maybe we need more time with it.
You got a really good attitude on this whole "lattice has ruined my life"-rage. Try to go through the gaps between the zergs if you don't want to do bigger battles. The system is not done by far also, they will add to it as new updates rollout. So it's usually good thing to take a few months break and comeback later to see if anythings changed if you get frustrated.
