So I finished installing the Launchpad about an hour ago, then I immediately went in, created my character, and did the tutorial (the computer I was using lagged a bit and graphic quality wasn't so great), and after doing the tutorial in the facility, going to the warpgate (which was fine) I started walking around then was told to press the default instant action key (I) and a second after I pressed it, I was disconnected from the game. FIX IT. (I don't know the stats of the computer I used, so don't ask about it)
Was this a one time thing? No matter how good your computer is, you will crash a few times every day, it's annoying but I just open the game again and keep playing. If you're crashing so often that you can't play though, you might want to try lowering your graphics. If you want to know the stats of your computer, run dxdiag (google it if you don't know how).
