Gonna go ahead and revive the dead horse, as the issue has popped up multiple times for me. No performance issues or warnings from anything, all of a sudden disconnected and the game kicks me to desktop.
Same here cobalt. Every 5-15 min "Planetside2.exe has stopped working". Doesnt matter what im doing. Most recently it happened changing characters, once while jetpacking from roof to roof, once while running to a base, while piloting a scythe, etc. But it has made the game unplayable. Sucks when theres less than 2 min left on a base cap and you disco and miss out on exp. Or when you disco 15 sec after you pull a fresh vehicle. Thats probably the most frustrating. Same thing with MAXes. Anyway, I guess its good to know im not the only one, but also it sucks that its happening again.
