[Suggestion] Different Approach to no-build zones

AFAIK no-build zones are in place to avoid performance issues - however many bases could get better even with minor changes.

Proposal: relax the no-build zone into limited-build zones allowing a max number of elements to be added inside that hex (same approach of many games where the player can build something).

We can technically already do something like that with deployables. Ammo boxes, MANA turrets, Spitfires recon darts, shield regenerators etc all are mini-buildings. The limit is how many can be placed at a time and their use. An ammo pack is moved when you place one after the frontline has moved for example.

Bases like AMP stations also show a large amount of turrets. I would argue we need an in-base construction system especially tailored for the interior of bases. From placing a shield to temporarily block a door for enemies to removing all existing turrets and letting players place their own. You could even add more gateshields etc that are offline until a shield generator is placed within X meters. It allows players to change how they defend some generators and also means devs could play with distances: you can place a shield generator to power 2 things at the same time but it will be in an exposed area, or you can place it more securely but power only one of them.

You can give attackers also an inventory of siege equipment which might be specific to the base you are attacking. Powering gravlifts and jumppads for example to get easier access, taking control of shields to interdict the defenders instead etc.
