Desperately need help, game is unplayable

    I have been playing ps2 on a laptop for about a year now. I recently built my new computer and uninstalled ps2 on the laptop. Due to unforseen circumstances, I have to continue using the laptop for another month. I reinstalled ps2 on it, but extreme input lag for the keyboard and mouse make it unplayable. I didn't have this problem before, and I'm wondering what could have caused it. I can't find a solution on the forums to other peoples threads with the same problem, so please respond if know a solution.

    Click CTRL+F, it should showing xxFPS(GPU) like that, try limit the FPS or reduce the GPU load will prevent this happen.

    Isn't there a button or checkbox in the config that forces hardware input?

    Yes, if you don't enable v-sync.
    There are such a long time that some player facing large input lag when it is GPU bound, but not when CPU bound or FPS limit, including me.

    Yup, it is, but not helping much when it is a strange input lag that caused by GPU bound.
