This is less severe than an outright bug but is sure is a defect. The other day I played Hossin during the night and due to a lack of resistance we managed to conquer every base up to the enemy warpgates. When our territory control reached 100 the familiar "We have locked down Hossin! Great job everyone" message appeared with the NC emblem and such.This was before the victory alert/ warpgates charged thing had even started. Looking at the objectives in the map, it also had the "Territory control" objective ticked. This may also be the reason why the "Continent controlled" thing appears twice on normal victories.
