    ok understood thanks. By any chance, are there other methods of making decals? maybe someone kindly willing to do it?

    Well, MAKING isn't the problem. Anyone with the right programs and skill can do that. But without Player Studios there is no way of getting them into the game. So it would be a somewhat moot endeavour.
