Logged in today (after more then 24+ hours offline) and of the 7 characters (all on the same account), only four or five received the full 48 certs. At least two of the characters only received 24 certs. So... the bug from earlier this year is back.
I knew I wouldnt be the only one. Happening with my three characters on Connery who only got 24 certs but it was ok with three on Briggs who got 48 certs. (how's that, something on Briggs actually worked!! )
Have different faction characters on Matherson, Waterson and Connery. Two of these got 48 certs, one got 24 certs after the All Access update maintenance. Confirming this is reality The system has not worked correctly for as long as I've been a member, each 24 hours when logging in go get the certs, one or more of my characters never has received the full 48 certs. Lowering it to 24 for one of them, a new low...
Just following up. Took a few hours but the one server that wasn't providing the daily certs did kick in and grant the bulk due. Perhaps just a timing issue between server clocks?
No issues tonight on Connery/Waterson/Mattherson... maybe a server-side fix fixed it or it was because I didn't try to rush the process.
