We strive to overcome challenges and accomplish things ordinary players can't. Every single individual matters, all efforts will be focused on training the individual player first to optimize ingame settings, learn communication callouts, and practice Jaeger server infantry training. Together, we train as a team to overcome bigger obstacles and numerically superior enemies. Lastly, any potential leaders will be selected for professional leadership development training. What this unit is about: Teamwork - Communicate and work together to accomplish what normal players can't. Speed - Fast Mobilization and response time are required keep up with the team. Training - Taking time outside of gameplay to improve individual skill and team cohesion. Communication - In order to have an effective team we need to communicate efficiently. Without a mic, a player has to rely on typing out text chat to communicate. If you don’t have a microphone you must show you are able to follow verbal commands. Any officer rank requires a microphone. Game Knowledge - There are no stat requirements. New and veteran players are accepted alike. However, fresh recruits have to be willing to learn and veterans should be willing to help. Everyone should be willing to train on Jaeger and Test Server practice.
