Good luck figuring out which were intentional. The logs aren't granular enough to make a solid case against anyone who didn't explicitly /tell, /outfitsay or /yell his intentions.
It's not a good idea for them to Ban players taking advantage of a game flaw, anything that is 100% the Devs fault should not be seen in the same light as Hacking with external programs. This is a mistake IMO, fix the game that launched before it time (According to others) and leave this heavy handedness for later with a more secure product.

No. Finding a glitch in the game is perfectly fine, and trying to reproduce it once or twice is fine. Exploiting the game over and over is not acceptable because it ruins the gameplay experience for many others.
anyone who actively abused this exploit, which ruined countless hours of gameplay for legit players, should and must be banned. just because someone leaves the door open doesn't mean you should run in and rob them blind.

Nope, people who exploited this should thank their lucky stars permabans is all they'll get since Denial of Service attacks are a crime in the US and Europe and SOE must've lost a piles of money from these sustained and deliberate attacks.
