They've said the stacked DRAM will achieve 1TB/s bandwidth. The other reason that Haswell is going to be the best overclocking chip ever, is that the VRM has been moved from the motherboard to the CPU itself. The whole chip has various power regions, that can all be independently adjusted.
Well, bandwidth isnt an issue, even at 1440p, so it wont really make much of a difference... with very high res multi monitor setups, or very high res screens (higher than 4k), it may make a difference though. Very true, that they bring back baseclock overclocking, but as an individual setting for the cpu only (rather than baseclock affecting the entire motherboard), will make it overclock ALOT more easily, compared to using multiplier only. Shall be very exciting to see how high it can be taken, for everyday use !
