Couldn't launch bastion while have full bastion resources

    Hi there,

    I am a player in Soltech server in VS.

    In our outfit couldn't launch bastion while have full bastion resources.

    There were no VS bastion was launched in continent but our outfit bastion 'Launch' button was not able.

    Please check this bug and hope be fixed.
