   We can no longer rotate, or manage the distance, or place as we want (grid system ?)
   It is currently unplayable, I hope this is a bug and not a feature, I really hope so.
   Impossible to build a base as you want

   Hello. I can rotate but I could NEVER manage the distance. I opened a ticket for this. Some people can manage distance I cannot. Simply pushing LMB and RMB and looking up, down or moving mouse does nothing. Rotate works.
   
   Is a big issue

   I solved by uninstalling and REINSTALLING from scratch the game.
