So I was wondering are all shells ranging from vehicles to HA rockets suppose to go through construction shields or is it a bug? Right now on live, it's been happening sometimes. I know on the test server with all the new change on blast types. I found pretty much everything besides flak would have blast or even direct damage through tower, wall, bunker, and pillbox shields. If a dev could clear this up that would be much appreciated.
