I'm new to construction and I see that schematics must be purchased. Question: Once you buy a construction schematic, do you permanently own it for repeated use? Or are they single use only? Note I tried to search for an answer here but the forum search function doesn't appear to be working. Thanks.
Construction blueprint purchases are permanent. However, there is a cost of either Cortium or a small number of certs in order to place it. E.g. It takes 2000 certs to purchase the Orbital Strike Uplink. Once you buy it, you keep the blueprint forever. You then just need to go to your Silo and use Cortium from within the Silo in order to to place it.

the certcost on actualy constructing them needs either to be reduced or removed, it´s quite redicoulous how much the cerstcosts are for both unlocking scematics AND building them .. also i already ended up unintentionaly building aPMB structure with certs instead of cortium, there needs a CONFIRM to build the stufff with certs ...
