[Suggestion] Confirmation when removing a construction item with the wielding tool?

I've accidentally right-clicked the Silo under duress for a split-second and it disappeared.

Who knows how many countless others who have done the same but made no one else aware which left others to repeat the same fate when it mattered the most.
