Colored rally point broken?

    I've seen colored flares as rally points in beta and a few after release, but after certing a green marker, it shows on the map, but not on the ground.

    Does anyone know if this has been removed or broken?

    To follow up on this, I got them to work in places, but not in warpgate. Is this be design?
