cobalt has crashed, now back up and double xp is gone?!

first insane lag for about 4 hours then it crashes, got back in within 5 min and double xp is gone!
My whole outfit has the same and yell chat is full of it.

This omfg thing and double xp 1 year anniversary was supposed to be a comback for planetside 2 as i understand but you are making it easy for returning players to quit again if your servers cant handle the people coming back.

Double xp is gone for me on woodman too, but its ok because the lag is still here.

yeah, not even the participation bonus (+20% XP) from the Amp station event isnt working
