Since the latest hotfix, my local friends and I all have the exact same issue. We have hundred of hours and dollars invested into your game. Please help and advise. 1. We can launch the game, and login into our accounts 2. Game hangs at 6%, then loads 3. Characters are all gone 4. Can't create new characters, or we just crash to desktop I have created a support ticket but have only gotten an automated response so far. To top it off, this isn't even the first time the three of us have had the exact same issue! We still have an ongoing issue that DBG has been unable to assist with in anyway other than some automated responses! We also have THIS issue to deal with on top of our missing characters! This has been going on for MONTHS now! DBG, unfortunately it seems you guys are too busy to help with some dedicated players to your game. We haven't gotten a single, response for either of these issues other than some automated responses.
