From this: to this: The original design has the rotary ammo drum thing in a position where it would not really be very usable as a weapon, so I suggest moving it to the the bottom area, and changing the stock to something that could "absorb" recoil a bit better.
rockets dont necessaryly have the same recoil as bullets. each rocket could be launched via low impulse cold gas with the engine engaging outside of the gun itself.
I don't think it's just about recoil... I'm just confused trying to figure out how I would place my head so I could use the optics on that thing. With the revolving rocket drum where it is, I just don't think a good cheek weld is possible.
you're not going to get a good cheek weld on that second design anyways, its all bunched up. he brought up recoil i brought up how it really isn't a problem for rockets.
