[Suggestion] Change Amp station bonus

    I think losing base turrets would be a little much, no?

    Though i guess they would need loads of power to operate.

    what about the idea that spawn room shields dont work without an amp station?

    its ok, i was just avin a giggle

    i dont like aircraft either, particuarly gals.....they are a bit too powerful for being a transport

    How about we take this the other way.

    If your team controls an amp station you get a flat bonus to the number of nanites you get per tick. Make the effect global

    meeeh, most of the amp station are pretty close to the warp gate, meaning you almost always have an amp station, so you would almost always have a buff to your nanite consumption.

    I dont think thats a good idea, you should be punished for losing the building, not be appraised by just having one.

    If you dont have one i think all shields of every kind should go down unless they have a smaller generator of their own for power, all lights should go down, and re-arming using base weapon pads and tower should dramatically increase. AS WELL as potentially losing turret control.

    Punishment mentality never goes over well in game changes.

    It's the same effect, just from a positive direction. Making it global encourages outfits to move to neglected continents to liberate the amp stations to restore normal incomes.

    but the bonus or negative effect wouldnt cross over to different continents :S

    Hows about you need an amp station to be able to spawn as maxes from bases with exception for spawning maxes from warpgate, similar to needing tech plant to spawn MBT from bases, but without a tech plant can still spawn MBTs from warpgate.

    P.S. make maxes be spawnable from infantry terminals only and not from sunderers
