Carbine mid-air hipfire balance discussion

    The Carbine weapon class in my opinion has been slightly overbuffed since when I used to play back in 2016. Specifically, this buff "Hipfire minimum cone of fire while airborne now uses the same minimum hipfire cone of fire as a player who is walking" . Carbine hip fire accuracy should suffer slightly more than what it currently is. I'm thinking about a 25-30% higher penalty than what it is now. Weapons like tanto, newton, and horizon would shine a bit more as well in their specialty. This would be a very slight nerf to LA and Catlike carbine classes.

    Just to be clear I mean that airborne hip fire accuracy should be affected not walking.

    Revert the in-air carbine hipfire buff(short barrel+laser gives a similar result) and remove C4 off the LA(Infiltrators had C4 removed from them in Beta because randomly blowing up from C4 coming from angles you can't see is really bad gameplay and really bad game design).

    What if they removed just 1 c4. With rocklet rifle and UBGL they still retain alot of anti vehicle power.

    C4 is balanced around lack of mobility and having to physically walk on the ground to get close to whatever target you are going to use it on.

    LA breaks that balance entirely. Even 1 brick of C4 would still be too strong on the LA due to the power of C4 per brick and the high mobility of the LA.

    your point is more valid now because LA got buffed with the introduction of impulse grenades, ambusher and Icarus jump jets that allow for crazy fast movements in the air.

    When will people stop with those complaints about C4. It is basically the only thing that makes LAs interesting in the current state of the game...
