with the new anti radar implant coming i can finally sneak around again. with all the different radar in the game it was making it hopeless to even try i cant believe people find it fun to already know a enemy's position. it was really depressing that all an enemy had to do is setup radar an then as an infiltrator your basically ¤&%# adding this variety.. will lesser all the mindless playing people, an force them to think for them self again no more easy mode spotting thank god.
All motion sensory in the game besides scout radar doesn't detect you if you move while crouched, so I wouldn't say you're screwed right now (I do feel scout radar should have the same limitations as recon darts, though). I'm honestly really not looking forward to the implants specifically because of this one, as I think it's going to do more harm than good. Tower stompers will be able to use it to annoyingly great effect, and smart stalkers will be virtually impossible to find. Dark lights are okay as a supplemental way to find an infiltrator stuck in somewhere, but as one's only real resource besides lucky EMP grenades and the like, it's pretty inadequate compared to something like the PS1 darklight, particularly when we've got such fast-killing pistols in the game.
Yah vehicle radar somehow became problem as the word got around on what they do. As ive been doing stalkering the vehicle radar was brought up exactly 2 times when it became apparent i was around and evaded flashligts and sensors. From what i have seen so far theres still smg infils stalkers and snipers everywhere. Perhaps this problem only exists on forums.
Exactly right, in fact. SMG Stalker and Sniper Stalker (Other than Crossbow, if you're generous with what counts as 'sniper') is impossible as Stalker disables your primary. Such as SMG or Sniper Rifle.
