Can't see/invite in squad a specific player

It seems that my character IgorHossegor (Miller server), has a friend/ignore bug with the character MaydayBigFoot

I don't see him on the minimap, and all my squad invites are automatically rejected.

As we play together in the same room, we are sure that we did not do anything specific to create this situation.

Could you please have a look ?
