Basically the title. It will say I am playing PS2 for a few seconds and then I am back to online. It always asks me if I want to allow Steam to make changes and clicking yes or no doesn't have any difference. I never see a screen pop up on the task-bar or desktop, and it never opens shows a process in task manager. Only odd thing is I can launch it via manually going into the files and clicking launchpad.exe. Really annoying not being able to Steam chat in-game or purchase things with extra Steam cash. >:/
