[BUG] Cannot access support forums. Missing file when downloading game.

Game will not download. In the resources folder Assets_082.pack is missing.
The file is 41,953k large.

During the download/ update I receive this message when the download stops:
The downloaded file is incomplete or was corrupted. An update may be in progress. Please try again in 20-30 minutes


I was able to brute force the game to download everything else by simply changing the language every time the message appeared.

Things I have tried:
Removing the whole game and all files.
Reinstalling the whole game.
Disabling antivirus and firewall.
Downloading to different drive.
Downloading from Steam.

All attempts resulted in the same outcome with 082 not downloading.

Speaking about dgame ownload... is impossible download the game from italy (at least from my town)... I had to use steam to get a copy... and i have a fiber connection with the main operator in italy.

Hmm - you seem to have tried a lot of options.

Just an idea - do you have an Assets_082.pack file there already that is set to read-only and preventing the update ? If so - change the attribs and delete and do a repair in the launcher.
