I haven't played in a long time--almost a year now--and I was just wondering: have the developers added any features to the game that allow you to opt out of stat tracking (particularly for KD ratio) or reset your stats? This has always bothered me, as KDR stat tracking directly affects how I play since I'm always feeling self conscious about those stats rather than anything else. Thanks to anyone who responds!
As far as I can tell, no. And just a word of advise, just ignore KDR altogether if it's is making your gameplay less enjoyable. Someone having a high one probably just means that they are just farming lesser skilled players. Not that there is anything wrong with being a farmer, because that is just a way that a lot of people enjoy the game, there are many different ways to enjoy the game. For example, if someone enjoys running around shooting darts, hacking stuff, and occasionally filling people up with their weapon of choice but die a lot in the process and have a below average KDR, then good for them as long as they are having fun and enjoying what they are doing. You really shouldn't be feeling bad about your KDR and should instead be enjoying the game they way you want to.
