can someone confirm this ?

    so i tried logging in the game,while the server are down (idk if its down or not since i havent read the news), so what happen is my char is not visible and the game start with char creation screen, so question is is my account broken or is it cos the game is updating and not showing up my char

    No, that's what we get when the servers are down. You'll get your chars back once the servers are up, no worries.

    these topics *facepalm* *facepalm* *flacmeplam*(can't type when actual facepalming).

    SOE please add a big NOTICE where it says *WHEN SERVERS ARE DOWN YOUR CHARACTER ARE POSSIBLY NOT VISIBLE BECAUSE YOUR CHARACTER ARE SAVED ON THE SERVER NOT ON YOUR ACCOUNT ITSELF

    If you're still unable to see your characters, please submit in a support ticket so we can further assist you. But yes, the others are right, server downtime can result to characters not showing up :)
