Duvenel is right on the money, try this: - Exit the game - Re-open the PS2 launcher - Click the language option located in the very bottom right hand corner area - Select a language other than the one you want to use for the game - Set it back to what you would like to use within the game Once you have done the above, log back in and this problem should be resolved. If they aren't, I would definitely suggest submitting a ticket thru our support system so we can investigate what's going on, instructions to submit a ticket can be found in my signature. Once you have a ticket submitted, go ahead and PM me the incident #, and I'll be happy to take a look when I can.
