"Can I get a refund on my rocket pods?"

I know, a bunch I saw got shut down by mods.

I am rather skilled at FPS games, at least in my opinion, and I don't rely solely on rocket pods to enjoy the game or gain certs.
You have zero grounds to make an assumption like that.
A few people are against my ideas but have at least made intelligent and polite comments. Try to be constructive like them.

There is no law that says SOE can't delete an item. The TOS says they may do that, and you agreed to it.

No where in your description did it list having an extreme blast radius, or being able to instant kill everything.

Seriously, guy, you bought Station Cash. That was the end of it. You got exactly what you paid for.

This is exactly the same reason you buy XBoxLive points, PSN points, Wii points, etc. These non-money point systems were set up specifically so that virtual goods are not the item purchased to prevent this exact scenario. You paid for and received functional Station Cash. Had you paid for and not received said Station Cash, then you'd have a leg to stand on.

The company can't keep issuing refunds every time they adjust something for game balance or bugs, or they'd be issuing refunds every patch.

Considering your roflpods still do the same job, but you have to aim a little better, I really don't see what people are complaining about, unless you're just a terrible player who can't aim.

It's airtight thanks to the T&A you accept when purchasing SC and installing the game.

But if you feel that your $2.50 is worth spending thousands on in a court case, go for it. Otherwise, stop blowing hot air. We get it, you're not happy that Rocket Pods were nerfed, it doesn't mean SOE deal in shady practices.

Sniper type weaponry are the same accross all faction. The LA80 was the only sniper of that tier which was somehow faster velocity by 50 than its TR/VS counterpart.
After the nerf, it's now exactly the same as the VS and TR second tier bolt action and STILL has a higher velocity by 50 than the NC14 bolt driver. Exactly how it was suppose to be when release.
