Can´t log in Char screen play button

Same issue here, play button wont do anything. When I click the play button I wait a couple of minutes but nothing happens. This issue is also occurring for my alt on the US East server - Jaeger, Main char with issue is on AU - Briggs

Heh, are we routed through the lowest ping server on a fast track to the server of choice? That's nice and all, but if that is the case, its causing more probs than pros for now.

Guys I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it yet but! I just done a ps2 file integrity check and it found a large issue and is now re-downloading all the damaged files? "in progress" so if it changes my situation specifically I will be sure to mention it.

Same issue also, fix hasnt fixed it been like this for nearly 18 hours id say...

same. 'play' button does nothing. nor does delete or create character.
chars on Briggs (AU) AND Waterson (US).
play button doesnt work for either server.
this issue was occuring before the 22/11 hotfix.

note that a moment ago, after 5 mins of whacking play, it did start.
however it CTDed before commencing, reporting a G9 error.
i did not see that error before the 22/11 hotfix.

third attempt, i got into game (Briggs), but i got a 'server disconnect' message within the first minute.

I'm still getting the same issue even post-hotfix.. I'm playing on Briggs

I have a character on Briggs, Miller, and Jaeger.

And I can't create any more characters.

Stuck at Character Select screen - that is: I can't get into ANY of them.

ok now this seems to be the problem I had....well I had the same issue/s as all of you posting but! shortly upon alt tabbing a windows firewall window popped up? and and so I set that up appropriately and got rid of it and then all of a sudden I was in ps2 briggs?

clicking play does nothing

logged out gracefully but the game crashed doing so.

restarted, logged in/out a crazy amount of times.

I did get in ONCE and then after moving about 5 paces the game booted me

Hey guys, i play on Briggs, after the hot fix i just verified my game files through launchpad. Pretty sure it found something, anyways i got in straight away. Not sure if its a complete fix but its something. Although, maybe i just got lucky aha.

sees i cant click play ok last 3 times ok.... log into server 5 seconds and d/c
and repeat

4th time lucky im connected and playing for 2 mins now.... so lets see

I was trying this morning and had the same issue (Play Button not working) on all my characters across 3 servers.

Woodman
Lithcorp

Sitting in work now having a very unproductive wondering if I'll be able to play tonight.

Logged out fine last night.
Installed the patch this morning.
First the Launchpad didn't work.
When I finally got in the "Play" button didn't let me play..

Most recent patch fixed it for me.

Thanks for quick fix, devs.

lol way to go... 2 pages of "isn't fixed" and then this guy comes along

I loged in with the affected char after the patch today and so far it seems the problem is gone for me.

The patch fixed my problem... up until now. Play button unresponsive again.
