The interactable areas of the constructable vehicle and air terminals are way off in the wrong locations. Mostly you can only interact behind the location of the step up and behind the terminals. The vehicle one has a chance to kill you since you have to be nearly on the pad to use it. They did not have this issue before the module introduction and confuses many players spawning on a base.
Interesting, I just tested it myself on emerald and it seems to be functioning fine. Not sure what you did here but it's certainly strange.
