Sky shields will instantly restore when they go down. This could be from any large amounts of damage or glaive shots, but currently the glaive is useless because of them.
ON PTS we took a fairly full bastion to an OS tower with a skyshield and couldn't do damage to the OS because the skyshield simply wouldn't go down for long enough for any damage to get through.
