Actually stood next to a vehicle where someone had either the highest rank or close to it the other day. It is actually rather nice. I can see the range being buffed though. The problem is the first rank is like .4% and the final rank is over 2%. I don't think there is any other cert line that has that strong of a difference between the first and last rank.
