Booster Xp issues

Hey guys! I've read multiple threads about this and have reported this to the appropriate department. We are waiting on a response so I'll keep you guys updated. Thanks again for all of your reports!

I know it is only 1 day lost so far, but if it is more than 1 day I hope we will have the Alpha Booster extended by the amount of time we are missing it.

just curious, how do things that seem unrelated to me (such as trying a new weapon and losing a boost) affect each other?
And didn't notice it was gone until I saw this post lol.

my alpha quad 6 month boost is missing after using trial weapon.. I know you know about this issue but where to submit this to get it back ? thanks

Please confirm that the Alpha Squad booster being destroyed on removal is NOT intended. I am very concerned about this issue.

I sent a support ticket about this very issue and the official reply was this:

The representative said I should wait until that issue is fixed. Please confirm and is there an estimate when that will be fixed?

since we didn't "buy" the boost in the store, I'm thinking the game is coded to just wipe all non-purchased items when the trial is up.

Except it happened with the 7 day xp booster I bought with Station Cash, too.

Looking forward to the fix.
I expect we won't lose any time on our boosters, right?

Yeah I'm missing my Alpha squad boost also. It worked for the 1st day then disappeared.

Are those affected going to receive a 24 hour booster more powerful then the alpha squad booster as compensation for all that lost experience? This bug has deprived me of an opportunity to be near the top of the scoreboard.

yea mines gone as well..and the day after i see broadcast..do not use weapon trial with booster...it will remove the booster when you logout...didnt help me much when i find that out the day after and look and its vanished.that was some fast 182 days

howdy .... i was testing the Warden ... and .... yay , you know what i wanna say. My Alpha Squad XP boost is gone

yea they sent out warning over the broadcast about this...sadly that happend 1 day after i had put my trial weapon on with the booster.. they said booster would vanish when you logged out..so its gone.Maybe for good.

My Alpha Squad xp boost dissapeared after use of trial item.
