Biggest WTF moments in your History of PS2.

Shooting down a reaver with a commissioner ( naturally he was already knackered ), that always stands out as WTF and LOL.

Somehow getting really bad ping, server freaking out and gravity for all player objects disappears leaving me a nice view of tanks and other objects floating away into the sky. That is until the server wakes up and everything rapidly flies across the screen back into place.

running into a room with a eclipse and prebuff spiker
leaving it 15 seconds later with a 12 killstreak
not receiving any hate tells.
seriously Miller, stop being so socially competent

I did an aerial pit maneuver and warped time and space once.

I think my bigegst WTF moment is whenever I see galaxies freak the **** out in the warpgate, spinning around everywhere and the tail fins and the middle vtol engines where about 50m to the lefst of the gal also freaking out. reminds me of one of the bugs in golden eye i belive the game was. other than that nothing else really supirse me anymore since I keep doing ****** up things all the time. like sniping with a shotgun effectivly with the baron and hoping for rage tells

How has no one mentioned the PPA's lighting up the sky?

Almost daily, running along and out of the blue there is a rapid THWUP noise and I am dead in .5 of a second.

Then the kill screen comes up and I see it was a Banshee...

Spawned a sunderer and it spawned on the platform sideways.

Connery got really laggy a long while ago and gravity turned off for vehicles or something because they started flying.

I'll have to get my screenshot folder on hand for this but there is a bug where exiting a vehicle onto a gravity pad will have you permanently go in the direction of that jump pad. Long story short, I got up to 10km before I got bored and redeployed. I imagine you can fly up higher, but I have no idea how much higher though.

Apparently you can fly a galaxy upside down yet not lose altitude. You move slower but its incredibly useful for showing off.

literally too many to count almost every fight there's at least one WTF moment. and i dont mean negative/gamebreaking ones at all.

a memorable one was when i was a heavy defending vanu archives from nc. a burning reaver came down onto my position and crash right next to me. if i hadnt taken cover behind that little metal crate it could have killed me. i was like WHOA the whole time after...2epic4me

I installed the Planetside 2 beta.

Yup, pretty huge WTF moment for me.

Biggest wtf moment, I placed 3 AT mines in the middle of ******* nowhere on Esamir, was goofing around with a friend, 2 hours later I get a lib kill with 2 people...Some poor sod landed on my AT in the middle of nowhere on Esamir.

My squad tried to take a shortcut on Indar by falling from high with the sundy. It started rolling so we all jumped out. Driver "well, that didn't work... uh, what?" The sundy crashed on a Vanguard.

Ok, these are a few of my WTF moments:

The thousands of times when there are two of us shooting at eachother and we both die

I ran over to heal a friendly heavy once while a sniper was taking potshots at him from behind. I told him to get down because he didn't notice his situation...only for him to turn on me, take out his 'ol noob tuber and put a rocket in my face for healing him. He promptly fled the scene afterward, or at least he tried to, before the sniper I tried to save him from blew his brains out. His corpse fell flat on its face a few feet from mine.


The camera slowly floated over my dead body and into the death screen as I heard the 'YOU DIED' music playing, the entire time my face akin to this:

I found out how to kill ESF farmers with the S-1.

WTF, followed by certs.

Log in, screen loads, Mossy right in front of me, I shoot it with my SMG. It blows up, +1 kill.
I turn and there is another one, shoot it, it blows up, +1 kill.
Turn again and there is a Valk on fire, I shoot it, it panics (?) and crashes into a wall, it was full.. +5 kills.
One clip, 7 kills, 3 vehicle. Fun times.

Also, running as a LA, see a lighting on fire driving towards me, he's trying to run me down, I pull out QCX and shoot it once, it goes boom.

Lastly, run into a room as Infil behind 5 TRs, one of them notices me and starts shooting,TKs 4 of his guys in the process. I kill him and run.

I've had quite a few actually, I really should look into recording them, But the best of the bunch are,
Roadkilling air with a tank. I've launched my mag rider off of hills and took out a mosquito, a reaver and yes even a lib. None come back looking for me. I can't blame them really. you toss tanks at people and I imagine they think your crazy or hacking lol.
The best is one I never will really beat though, happened way back when jaeger was a server. I was rolling around with some buddies in a gal and had just dropped them on a base outside the TR warpgate on amerish. As I watch out pops a whole air wing. 3 mossies, followed by 2 more mossies and a lib, all flying in formation. It looked cool until I found them coming straight at me.
So, I figured, I'm dead, at least I'll take one with me. I flew right into them, all the while barrel rolling my plane. I ended up smacking between them, like a pinball and right out the other side. End result 5 dead mossies and a lib lol.
Never been able to top that since. What made it even better was that the air wing reformed and went out the other side of the warp gate.

Landing a drop pod on infantry is always fun.
