Spectre. No bullet drop, kills with 3-4 hits in the body, can 2shot with one headshot stationary targets which won't react quick enough to evade a second shot, with it you can easily put follow up shots in anything - it's good at any range from CQC to extremely long range, has good amount of ammo and costs nothing. Basically, it's the anti infantry weapon in the game.
