Pulsar LSW, its cheap, its accurate, it has close to no recoil and the CoF is also good.
  2. KanoHe

    I'm running Polaris...
    Adv.lazer
    Supressor
    SPA
    Nigh vision...
    It reaps apart everything!

    75 ammo with great reload
Super accurate with almost no recoil
Have no HV ammo but it have best velocity... anyway.
Check it out in VR its is the most if not the best accurate 143dmg gun in the game if you like to hold dem trigger...

The Orion is a great shoot from the hip, short range weapon. i keep it on my loadout with my dumbfire launcher. I use the Ursa with my Lancer for better long/medium range gun. The Ursa has slightly less RoF than the Flare, but it also has slightly better accuracy. If you are feeling particularly crazy, you can slap extended mag on the Ursa for a clip size of 150 rounds, although I prefer the forward grip myself.
  4. Hisenburg

Ursa or Flare would be my choice. Though I do know people who swear by the SVA88.
  5. Xae

    Flare > Pulsaw-LSW > SVA-88 > Orion
    • Up x 1
  6. Vastly

You haven't tried the MSW-R with advanced laser sight then.

Question for Polaris users. In VR and on the website, the Polaris comes with an advanced grip, and yet it doesn't look like an advanced grip is available to cert. Does it have one?
  7. gigastar

You see, VS LMGs are unique in that none of them can be called the "best" in comparison. I have and use the Orion, Flare, Pulsar LSW and Lasher and still cannot decide which one i want to run to Auraxium first.
  8. gigastar

It has advanced laser sights, not advanced grip. Polaris is the specialised hipfire LMG for VS.
  9. Andy79

it would be nice to have a better overview how many attachments and which ones all the weapons use, checking things in VR leads to some confusion, see lasher and polaris, apparently the lasher has 4 different attachments but only 1 slot and the polaris has advanced forgrip in VR but not in the actual game ?
  10. KanoHe

It works for midrange better than ursa or flare imo...
You can easily burstfire up to 50m or autofire up to 30m with Polaris while Flare and ursa promotes singletapping over 30m due to random recoil and bloom patterns...
Tried connecting over 3 shots with it ? Bet you didn't ... in my experience I can't even tell that flare or ursa are mid range weapons... 1st shot recoil is too damn high on em... and both are too unpredictable for autofire...
  11. Hisenburg

I would definitely agree with that point. VS LMGs are all very balanced internally. For the most part. You'll be hard pressed to state which one is "best" and you'll find even the top players all have different opinions on what their favourite LMG is because they're mostly pretty viable in their own right, as opposed to NC and TR which generally gravitate towards one or two superior LMGs.
  12. ColdCheezePizza

I wouldn't use anything but the Orion if I were VS, ads strafe speed/rof makes it insane at close to med quarter combat. You just know when an Orion kills you, zap dead, almost feels like an aimbot death sometimes.
  13. Metallic123

Use the Gauss S with standard grip and you now have a TMG-50, there's a reason why we complain.
  14. FnkyTwn

It's like you've never used the Flare or Ursa. "Singletapping" past 30m?
What planet are you living on? The Flare is fairly accurate, but the Ursa
puts bullets on target at well over 60m with up to 10-shot bursts. Maybe
you've just never certed it out fully, or you're using the wrong scope or
    you're shooting it backwards?

This is exactly why you don't ask LMG questions outside the HA forum.
You just get a bunch of gobbledygook malarkey from people who are
probably only playing Pump Action CQC.

I'd hate to see KanoHe's review of the SAW. "It hurts my baby arms!" :p

If you're looking for the "best" "all around" Vanu LMG then you'd be hard
pressed to find better than the Pulsar LSW. It's super cheap. It's got a
good reload speed, good RoF and it's incredibly accurate out to 40m.

LevelCap has uploaded some good reviews of the Pulsar LSW. He's an
amazing player with just about any weapon though, so your mileage may
vary slightly, but you really can't go wrong with the Pulsar LSW.

  15. Deathrus

    SVA-88 hands down.

It has the fastest muzzle velocity out of all of the orion, Polaris and flare.

I've tested them all the SV is better TTK when facing TR too since most of their weapons are faster velocity.
  16. Deathrus

The flare has slow traveling bullets and a huge clip with extended. Versus NC it will be okay, however when you fight TR the Average player will simply outshoot you 1 vs 1. LSW I favored the Polaris purple medaled it first.

I can't seem to purple medal anything else after the SVA-88, just because of it's TTK ( muzzle velocity). Always finding myself Switching to the SVA-88 to beat the better players especially when facing the TR.
  17. KanoHe

I saw his vids... and I shared my experience with weapons...
I find myself better at autofireing Polaris at 60m
    Than burstin flare/ursa...

    About gauss saw...
Well I have nc toon ...
Using Supressor + laser on Gauss saw +HV exclusevely on it... And I,m wreking even cqc pumps with it...
1.7kd with VS , 2.3 kd NC exclusevly because of saw...
You know what predictable bloom means right?
Well that's in fact is a best weapon stat for me...
  18. KanoHe

By the way... how LevelCap choosed gr-22as a best NC weapon ?
    I always thought it's EM6.

I can only agree on TMG 50 being best choice for TR HA after PA...
  19. Jrv

It's the EM6. He's wrong about that. 200 rounds of pure death, perfect for any range, crappy hipfire but it's manageable.
  20. Root

I have Auraxiums on the Orion and the Pulsar LSW, working on the SVA-88 currently. Been saving the Flare for last because I have a feeling I'll really like it and won't want to go back. With that said, to ask which is the best is kind of a weird question with regards to something so subjective. One's man's cup of tea is another man's vinegar. They're all good weapons, but each is best suited to different tastes and situations.
